the grizzle bear chair

Seth Kinman (September 29, 1815 – February 12, 1888), a Californian hunter and trapper 

known for his hunting prowess, presented this chair to President Andrew Johnson 

on September 8, 1865. Kinman claimed to have shot 

a total of over 800 grizzly bears.
